Disney unveils America 250 eats at resorts with Sam Eagle popcorn bucket this summer

has published a Disney Eats guide titled "Disney Celebrates America 2026," rolling out a selection of –themed bites, sips and a popcorn bucket for guests at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. Several of the desserts and snacks named in the guide begin arriving June 15, and the Sam Eagle Bucket is slated to appear at both resorts this summer.

At Walt World, Beignets are among the seasonal offerings. The most specific listing gives the beignets as cinnamon sugar–dusted pieces served with marshmallow sauce and an apple pie filling; those will be available starting June 15 at Scat Cat’s Club Café and Lounge at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter.

Contempo Café will add two sweet items on June 15: a strawberry and lemon mousse and a confetti cake encased in a hard chocolate shell. Those are listed in the guide as part of the limited-time America 250 lineup available at Disney resort dining locations.

The guide also pins June 15 as the start date for a vanilla bean cheesecake topped with strawberry coulis and a white chocolate collar, served at both The Mara and Barcelona Lounge, expanding the list of resort spots with themed desserts.

Across the country at Disneyland Resort, a Caramel Apple is named among the America 250 items, though the guide does not attach a firm date to that item. The merchandise tie-in that caught the most attention is the Sam Eagle popcorn bucket, which the guide says will arrive this summer at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland.

Disney chose the label "Disney Celebrates America 2026" for the Disney Eats guide even as the copy makes clear the menu is tied to America’s 250th anniversary. The two are the same campaign: the guide’s name uses the calendar year while the food and merchandise are presented as part of the America 250 commemoration.

The published selections are concrete but selective. The guide highlights specific items and where they will appear, but it does not present a comprehensive roster of every food, drink or collectible tied to the celebration. That means guests looking for a complete lineup of America 250 offerings should expect further updates as the season approaches.

These resort rollouts arrive while the company navigates other headlines — from a quake that rattled the Orlando area to programming and box office stories — underscoring how pieces of the business move on different timetables (see related coverage here: For now the schedule is simple: several listed treats arrive June 15 and the Sam Eagle Bucket will land sometime this summer at both resorts. Additional America 250 entries should be expected via future Disney Parks Blog updates.
