FedEx Freight has unveiled its new Board of Directors in anticipation of its upcoming spin-off from FedEx, scheduled for June. This new board comprises ten members, including notable industry leaders aimed at steering the company into its next phase.

Brad Martin, the current Executive Chairman of the FedEx Board, will assume the role of Chairman for the FedEx Freight Board. John Smith, the incoming President and CEO of FedEx Freight, will also join as a Director.
