The municipality of Gouda processed 34 permit applications in the past week, filling its latest weekly list with work that ranges from roof additions and housing changes to permit decisions at addresses across the city.
Among the applications were a dakkapel at Getijmolenerf 169, a rear dakkapel request at Vasco da Gamalaan 7 and a bedroom enlargement at Molenomloop 35. Bodegraafsestraatweg 44 had an extension of the decision period for a dakkapel application, while Roos van Dekemastraat 14 was listed for conversion of internal balconies. Lange Tiendeweg 43 appeared twice, once for replacing opening doors and once for replacing glass doors with hardwood doors. Tuinstraat 10 in 2801ZR Gouda had an extension of the decision period for housing development, and Vrouwesteeg 39 was listed for foil under the roof tiles and lead flashing.
The weekly register also included Gravin Jacobastraat 14 for a housing extension on the first floor, Dutoitstraat 13, Mr. D.J. van Heusdestraat 32 and Drossaardslag 88 among the permit decisions, plus Boschplaat 7 for plot 4 in Westergouwe. Abel Tasmanlaan 32 and Zuider IJsseldijk 24 were both listed under environmental permit decisions. Markt 2 and 3 stood out as the only request in the list to open a passage between buildings.
The list gives a clear snapshot of how Gouda’s permit workload is moving through the system, but it does not say which of the 34 applications were approved, rejected or still pending. It also does not give the next decision dates for the individual files, leaving the weekly update useful for tracking activity but not final outcomes.
For residents and property owners at the named addresses, the next step is still the one the list does not spell out: the municipality’s decision on each application, whenever that arrives.
