was arrested May 14 and accused of causing bodily injury and simple assault in a domestic violence case, according to police records tied to the incident. The 20-year-old University of Tampa student was detained by the after the alleged episode around 6:12 p.m., with a court appearance set for May 19.

The arrest put the daughter of and into a live legal matter that moved quickly from police custody to the courtroom calendar. Teresa and Joe were married from 1999 to 2020, and Milania is one of four daughters they share, alongside Gia, Gabriella and Audriana. Teresa later remarried in 2022.

The case drew added attention because Milania remained active on social media after the alleged incident. She posted a TikTok on the day of her arrest and, a few days later, wished her mother a happy birthday on Instagram on May 18. The family did not immediately have a representative available to comment.

What happened inside the incident that led to the arrest has not been publicly explained, and the outcome of the May 19 court session is unknown. Milania’s activity online has kept her in view even as the legal process runs its course, leaving the next court result to determine how the case moves forward.
