Jake Lang arrested in Frisco on criminal trespass warrant, held in Collin County Jail

was arrested in Frisco, Texas, on Tuesday evening on an active criminal trespass warrant and is being held at the Collin County Jail.

said Lang, whose legal name is , was taken into custody in connection with an alleged trespassing incident listed for June 2 at 6101 Frisco Square Boulevard, the address for the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center.

The arrest adds another legal problem for the 30-year-old influencer, who earlier this year was charged by with a felony count of first-degree property damage in Minnesota. That case stems from an incident at the Minnesota State Capitol, where he was accused of destroying a “Prosecute ICE” ice sculpture that had paid $6,250 to have made and display under a permit on Capitol grounds.

Lang’s legal troubles have stretched across years. He was arrested in 2021 for his role in the , and previous coverage said he spent four years in prison on an 11-count indictment that included assault charges for attacking law enforcement officers with a baseball bat before he eventually received a presidential pardon.

But the pardon did not end his legal exposure. He now faces a new trespass arrest in Texas while also dealing with the Minnesota felony charge, and the warrant tied to Frisco leaves unanswered what happened during the alleged June 2 incident at the municipal center address.

Authorities have not provided a court date in the Frisco case, leaving Lang in jail for now as the separate cases in Texas and Minnesota move ahead.
