Chelsea Clinton, 46, finished the Boston Marathon on April 20, 2026, in 3:40:52. She ran the course from Hopkinton to Copley Square under a pseudonym.
Her parents, former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, waited on Boylston Street. Bill Clinton placed the finisher’s medal around her neck.
Clinton is an author and vice chair of the Clinton Foundation. She also completed the New York City Marathon in November 2025, finishing in 3:44:22.
