Nancy Mace’s Father, Former Citadel Commandant, Passes Away

South Carolina Congresswoman Nancy Mace confirmed the death of her father, retired Army Brig. Gen. James Emory Mace Sr. He died Tuesday shortly before 10 p.m. in Charleston, South Carolina.

Mace is also a gubernatorial candidate. Her father is survived by his wife, two daughters and several grandchildren.
