Las Vegas Strip Celebrates Bruno Mars with Grand Parade Today
On the Las Vegas Strip, a grand parade honoring Bruno Mars is scheduled for today. The artist, Peter Gene Hernandez, began his residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM in 2016. He has performed more than 120 shows there and built one of the Strip’s top-grossing residencies.

MGM Resorts announced the procession will begin at 1 p.m. Friday from the north side of the Bellagio. The route moves south past the Bellagio Fountains, The Cosmopolitan and ARIA before reaching Park MGM. Organizers expect the parade to arrive at Toshiba Plaza by 1:30 p.m.
At Toshiba Plaza, Park Avenue will be officially renamed Bruno Mars Drive during a ceremony. The plaza opens to fans at 11 a.m. and has limited capacity.
