Ex-LSU Guard Bella Hines Joins TCU Basketball
Baton Rouge — Former LSU combo guard Bella Hines has committed to TCU. She made the decision days after entering the NCAA transfer portal.
The Horned Frogs have been active in the portal this offseason. Hines is the fifth player to commit to TCU and head to Fort Worth.
The end of a brief roster saga
Hines’ move closed a surprising thread that began at LSU. Coach Kim Mulkey had publicly said she expected everyone back next season except Divine Bourrage.
Hines had posted on social media that she planned to remain in Baton Rouge. Her departure therefore came as a surprise to some observers.
