Benn vs. Prograis: Fight Time, Undercard Details, Predictions, Odds & Ring Walks
Conor Benn faces Regis Prograis on Saturday, April 11, 2026. The fight takes place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.
Background
Benn left long-time promoters Matchroom and Eddie Hearn after his February upset win over Chris Eubank Jr. He signed a one-fight deal with Zuffa, the promotional group linked to Dana White and Turki Al-Sheikh. The agreement is reported to be worth about $15 million and increased tensions between Hearn and White.
Benn suggested after his Eubank Jr victory that he wanted to return to welterweight. This fight is contracted at a 150-pound catchweight.
Fighter profiles
Conor Benn
Benn, known as “The Destroyer”, rose to prominence with his February win. He had moved up two divisions to middleweight for that contest and now plans to fight near welterweight levels.
Regis Prograis
Regis Prograis is a 37-year-old former two-time super-lightweight champion. He has spent his career at 140 pounds and has not previously competed above that limit.
Prograis last boxed in August 2025, defeating Joseph “JoJo” Diaz over ten rounds in Chicago. He previously lost to Devin Haney, surrendering the WBC super-lightweight title, and was outpointed by Jack Catterall in Manchester in October 2024.
He withdrew from a scheduled bout with Oscar Duarte early last year due to a shoulder problem. Prograis has denied reports he is injured ahead of this match.

Predictions and Odds
Prograis offers experience and a respected name, but age and the jump in weight are key concerns. At 37, he has never fought above super-lightweight, making 150 pounds a significant step up.
Benn arrives off a career-defining win and will likely use size and strength advantages. A points win for Benn is the most probable outcome, though a stoppage remains possible.
