Tensions rose on Survivor after last week’s Blood Moon triple-elimination. The episode left alliances in flux and tempers frayed.

Challenges and rewards

The Manulevu tribe split into two groups of seven for a reward challenge. Winners earned Chinese takeout and brownies.

Stephenie LaGrossa Kendrick was chosen at random for an individual advantage challenge. She held her arm aloft until a pot of water emptied.

She succeeded and won a steal-a-vote advantage. She informed Cirie Fields and Rizo Velovic about the power.

Seven players won the main reward. Ozzy Lusth claimed individual immunity in the follow-up challenge.

Benjamin “Coach” Wade led much of the strategy at camp. He said old-era tactics were back in play.

Two Billie Eilish boomerang Idols remain in play. Genevieve Mushaluk, voted out earlier, distributed those idols.

Aubry Bracco had played an idol at tribal council. That idol is now vulnerable to being claimed again.

The tribal council that followed involved 14 players. It was the largest tribal council in Survivor history.

Aubry Bracco played her boomerang idol at the vote. Dee Valladares played a shot-in-the-dark advantage that failed.

Dee Valladares was voted out and became the season’s first jury member. Tiffany Ervin received four votes, and Coach got one.

Jonathan Young argued with Dee Valladares over votes against Kamilla Karthigesu. The dispute raised temperature in camp.

Valladares briefly confronted allies and suggested voting Coach instead. Her move triggered a wave of whispered conversations.

Twelve castaways have been eliminated so far this season. The list includes winners and returning veterans.

Several eliminated players are notable returnees and former finalists. Their departures reshaped the game.
