Pétanque Matches Combat Senior Isolation
Volunteers from the Service Civique Solidarité Seniors will host a picnic and pétanque day in Dijon on April 20. The event aims to unite younger and older residents for conversation and games.

The gathering begins at 12:30 with a shared picnic. After lunch, participants will move to pétanque play at the municipal boulodrome.
The covered boulodrome is located at 21 rue Léon Mauris. The City of Dijon provides the venue for the day.
Equipment and partners
The Comité Départemental de Pétanque de la Côte-d’Or supplies playing equipment. Unis-Cité and the Maison d’Éducation Populaire L’Archipel co-organize the initiative.
The programme ties into the European Day of Intergenerational Solidarity on April 29. The activity will highlight volunteer home visits and local animation offers.
