By car, follow the M56 eastbound to Junction Nine. Then take the M6 southbound and follow the M5, M42 and M40 toward Oxford.

By train, the Chester to Oxford journey needs one change at Stafford. Change from Avanti West Coast to CrossCountry and expect about two and a half hours travel time.
