Driver Arrested for Suspected Drug Driving After M6 Car Overturns
Police responded to a collision on the M6 northbound between junctions 19 and 20 on Thursday. The initial call came at about 11am.
Officers found two vehicles were involved. One of the cars had overturned.

A man was arrested on suspicion of drug driving. Police noted a driver arrested after a car overturned on the M6.
There were no reports of any serious injuries. Medical teams did not record major casualties at the scene.

The scene was cleared by midday. Roads reopened and normal traffic resumed soon after.
