She shared, “I boarded seamlessly with just a backpack and sneakers, eager for a nap.” Her intended plan was to head to glam for an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show after landing in NYC.

Lyonne expressed disappointment over being detained, stating, “I guess ICE had other plans.” She thanked her supporters for their understanding and apologized to fellow passengers for the inconvenience. She also mentioned she had never encountered issues with Delta or TSA in the past.
