- Smoke & Pepper: Known for its smash burgers, this popular restaurant chain plans to open its 14th location in a 4,650 sq ft riverside space in April.

- Suit Direct: Occupying a 5,000 sq ft unit, offering menswear, accessories, and casualwear.
