The upcoming structure will be a three-storey building located on Crestview Avenue. It is designed to mix both one and two-bedroom apartments.

- Half of the apartments will feature one bedroom.

- Four of the two-bedroom units will be fully accessible.
- All apartments will incorporate universal design standards.

The new apartment complex will be owned and managed by NL Housing. Tenants will be selected through their regular processes, ensuring a fair system for applicants.
Construction Timeline
Construction for the project is anticipated to begin this summer. The completion target for the building is set for the end of 2027.
