Details of the New Apartment Complex
The upcoming structure will be a three-storey building located on Crestview Avenue. It is designed to mix both one and two-bedroom apartments.

- Half of the apartments will feature one bedroom.
- The other half will consist of two bedrooms.
- Four of the two-bedroom units will be fully accessible.
- All apartments will incorporate universal design standards.
Moreover, the building will be equipped with an elevator to enhance accessibility for all tenants.
Ownership and Selection Process
The new apartment complex will be owned and managed by NL Housing. Tenants will be selected through their regular processes, ensuring a fair system for applicants.
Construction Timeline
Construction for the project is anticipated to begin this summer. The completion target for the building is set for the end of 2027.
