Brooke Henderson Hires New Caddie as Sister Brittany Awaits Baby Arrival
In a significant transition for professional golfer Brooke Henderson, she prepares for her 2026 LPGA Tour campaign while her sister Brittany, her long-time caddie, embarks on a new chapter as an expectant mother. Brittany Henderson and her husband, Zach Sepanik, are anticipating the arrival of their first child in June. This joyous occasion coincides with a pivotal moment in Brooke’s career as she takes on a new season.
Brooke Henderson’s Caddie Change
Brittany has been on the bag for nearly all of Brooke’s victories, including the recent CPKC Women’s Open. She will caddie for her sister at the upcoming Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions in January, but this may be her only event for the year due to her pregnancy. Brittany mentioned the possibility of assisting again later in the season at the CME Group Tour Championship and the Grant Thornton Invitational, both of which are near her home in Florida.
The Future of Their Collaboration
“I’m keeping that in the back of my mind as a hopeful possibility,” Brittany stated. “There are a lot of variables, so I can’t make any promises right now.” In her stead, veteran caddie John Killeen will be accompanying Brooke during her early-season events in Asia. Killeen brings over four decades of experience on the LPGA Tour, having worked with several renowned players.
Maintaining Support and Communication
Brittany plans to visit Brooke and Killeen when the tour returns to the U.S. for the Fortinet Founders Cup in March. She often takes on the role of swing coach for Brooke when their father, Dave Henderson, is unavailable due to travel commitments. Despite their sisterly bond, Brittany acknowledges that adjusting to Killeen’s style may present challenges.

A Legacy of Success
The Henderson sisters have formed one of the LPGA’s most successful player-caddie partnerships over the past decade. They have thrived together in competitive environments, and despite the changes ahead, Brooke expressed enthusiasm about Brittany’s new journey. “I’m super excited for Brittany and Zach, and I can’t wait to be an aunt,” Brooke said, radiating joy.
This season marks a new beginning for both sisters. As Brittany embraces motherhood, Brooke looks to professional opportunities with a fresh perspective, equipped with Killeen’s extensive experience on her side.
