Brian Daboll enters his 30th year in coaching, including 26 years in the NFL. Throughout his career, he has served as an offensive coordinator for various teams:
- Cleveland Browns: 2009-2010
- Miami Dolphins: 2011
- Kansas City Chiefs: 2012
- Buffalo Bills: 2018-2021
Head Coaching Role with the Giants
Daboll also held the head coach position for the New York Giants, from 2022 until his dismissal in 2025. During his tenure, the Giants recorded a regular season record of 20 wins and 40 losses, along with a 1-1 postseason record.
In this hiring cycle, Daboll had explored opportunities for head coaching positions with the Buffalo Bills and the Las Vegas Raiders but ultimately chose to join the Titans.
