Braintree Town Set for Home Match on Saturday, January 24th
On Saturday, January 24th, Braintree Town will visit the LNER Community Stadium for a match against City. The kick-off is scheduled for 3:00 PM as part of the Enterprise National League. City seeks to build on a recent victory against Carlisle United. In that match, goals from Josh Stones, Alex Hunt, and Alex Newby contributed to an impressive away win.
Braintree Town, however, will aim to bounce back after a tough loss at home. They suffered a 3-0 defeat against Boreham Wood, where goals from Brunt, Rush, and Clayden secured the victory for the visitors in Essex.
Previous Encounter
These two teams last met in September, in a thrilling match where City made a remarkable comeback. After trailing by two goals, a last-minute penalty from Ollie Pearce clinched a memorable victory for the Minstermen.
