Major Drug Bust: Allies of All Boivin and the Hells Arrested

Recent law enforcement operations have culminated in significant drug busts involving associates of notorious drug dealer All Boivin and members linked to the Hells Angels. The coordinated arrests took place early Wednesday morning in the Saguenay—Lac-Saint-Jean region and greater Montreal.

Major Drug Bust Overview

This operation marks the final stage of an extensive investigation led by the Saguenay Regional Mixed Squad. The effort, several months in the making, aims to dismantle criminal activities surrounding All Boivin and his affiliates.

Details of the Investigation

  • Previous raids earlier this year resulted in the seizure of over $340,000.
  • Authorities confiscated 13 long guns, a handgun, 4 kilograms of cocaine, and various weapons.
  • The Bolo program continues to offer a $100,000 reward for information leading to All Boivin’s arrest.

Recent Arrests and Their Implications

This week’s operation has seen 11 individuals arrested, including relatives of All Boivin. The group’s activities have shifted, as Boivin recently distanced himself from the Blood Family Mafia and now operates under the North Savage Gang.

According to Hugues Beaulieu, spokesperson for the Sûreté du Québec, the arrests reflect a continuity of the investigation’s objectives. Among those apprehended were Boivin’s cousin, her partner, and their son, all of whom had been targets of previous inquiries.

Hells Angels Targeted

Simultaneously, the National Organized Crime Suppression Squad was executing arrests related to drug trafficking and weapon offenses tied to Hells Angels affiliates. This operation extended across various regions, including the Capitale-Nationale, Chaudière-Appalaches, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Laurentides, and Montérégie.

Background of the Investigations

Béatrice Dorsainville, also from the Sûreté du Québec, confirmed that these arrests stem from investigations initiated in 2024. Additional raids conducted in February, May, and December 2025 have laid the groundwork for this large-scale operation.

A comprehensive assessment of this bust is expected to be released later this week.
