Status Report

Neither team conducted a morning skate prior to the game. The Penguins’ Ryan Graves might make his return after being sidelined since December 14. He was recalled from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on January 13.

Erik Karlsson is traveling with the Penguins for their four-game road trip. He skated in a non-contact jersey during practice but is not likely to play in this game.

Joona Koppanen was also recalled from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton prior to the game but is expected to sit out. Additionally, Rutger McGroarty has been activated from injured reserve after recovering from a concussion and is assigned to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.

Kraken coach Lane Lambert hinted at possible lineup changes, although no specifics were released.
