Casualty Announces Date for Thrilling 12-Part Storyline Debut Soon

Casualty has confirmed the premiere date for its new 12-part storyline. Season 41, titled Lethal Legacy, begins Saturday 25 April at 8:45pm on BBC One. Episodes will be available on BBC iPlayer from 6am on the day of transmission. The thrilling 12-part storyline is set to debut soon.

Plot and stakes

The new series centres on an unexplained virus sweeping the ED. A sudden surge of patients forces the department to its limits. The army is deployed to help maintain order.

Flynn Byron, played by Olly Rix, must face a long-buried secret. Mark Womack appears as Colonel Jack Bard, a domineering officer with links to Flynn. His presence threatens the stability of the ED.
