WWE’s WrestleMania Sphere Promotion Talks Hit a Standstill
WWE explored placing a major promotional display on the Sphere during WrestleMania week. Those discussions have reportedly stalled, and no deal was reached.
Early proposals
The inquiry into a Sphere activation came via WrestleVotes Radio. One internal concept even featured performer Danhausen as part of the display.
Why talks stopped
Sources indicate cost was the principal barrier. Advertising at the Sphere proved prohibitively expensive for the proposed activation.
Current plans
At present, WWE has no plans to use the Sphere for WrestleMania promotion. The company remains focused on WrestleMania 42 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
Event dates and broadcast
- WrestleMania 42 will take place April 18 and 19, 2026.
- In the United States, the show will stream live on the ESPN App.
- International audiences will be able to watch on Netflix.
- The opening hour of night one will air on ESPN2.
- The first hour of night two will broadcast on ESPN.
