Je’Von Evans will make his WrestleMania debut tomorrow at WrestleMania 42. He is entered in the Intercontinental Title Ladder Match.
Match details
The multi-man ladder bout will feature Penta, Rusev, JD McDonagh, Dragon Lee, and Rey Mysterio. The match is scheduled for April 19.
The matchup airs live during the ESPN portion of the show. The ESPN block begins at 6:00 pm ET.
Evans’ reaction and mindset
Evans told interviewer Denise Salcedo he feels nervous but ready. He said he has butterflies, yet remains excited and grateful.
On learning he would appear at WrestleMania, Evans described growing happiness. First he was glad to have a match. Then he said the news felt bigger when the contest was for a title and he learned the participant list. He added he was especially pleased when Rey Mysterio was included.
Main roster experience
Evans called his time on the main roster a major learning opportunity. He said the experience has been amazing and educational.
