UK Travel Firm’s Collapse Strands Tourists With Canceled Trips, No Refunds

Regen Central Ltd lost its Air Travel Organiser’s Licence on January 13, 2026. The company has stopped trading and cancelled all future trips.

The sudden collapse of the UK travel firm has left many customers stranded. Some travellers may face cancelled trips and no refunds for certain bookings.

What happened

The London-based agency ceased operations after the ATOL loss. It had operated since 2009, when it was founded in Hertfordshire.

The firm sold package holidays across Europe, South East Asia and the Middle East. Flight and hotel deals made up a large part of its business.

Brands and destinations

The company traded under several names. These included Regen Travels, One Haji and Umrah, and Oneworld Travels.

  • Italy
  • Thailand
  • Bali

Regen Central also focused on pilgrimage trips. Many customers booked religious travel alongside leisure packages.

ATOL protection and refunds

The Civil Aviation Authority said the company had no outstanding ATOL-protected bookings. That means some customers will not have recourse via ATOL.

Bookings sold as accommodation-only, non-flight packages, and flight-only bookings with issued tickets are not ATOL protected. Customers should check their booking type carefully.

If you believe you are owed a refund for an ATOL-protected booking under Regen Central Ltd’s ATOL, contact the CAA. Use the email [email protected] for claims.

Advice for affected travellers

Keep all booking documents and payment records. Contact your payment provider about chargebacks if you paid by card.

Customers should also seek help from travel insurance providers where policies apply. Filmogaz.com will provide updates as more information emerges.
