Katherine Ryan Reveals Age Shock to Jonathan Ross
Comedian Katherine Ryan revealed a startling result after taking an age assessment on The Jonathan Ross Show. The 42-year-old said her biological age measured far older than her actual years.

Ryan hosts the podcast What’s My Age Again?. She admitted she tried the guest test herself. The result surprised her and fellow panellists.
Ryan said the reading placed her biological age in the late seventies. She joked about feeling “almost over” and mentioned new health tweaks. She added magnesium to her routine and said she aims to eat many plants each week.
Family life
Ryan welcomed her fourth child, daughter Holland Juliette, in October last year. She and husband Bobby Kootstra also parent son Fred and daughter Fenna. Ryan has an older daughter, Violet, aged 16, from a previous relationship.
New book project
Ryan is writing a memoir titled First Born Daughter. The book explores womanhood and how family patterns are passed down. She said many fans identify as first-born daughters, which influenced the project.
Violet contributed to the book. Ryan described her daughter’s input as a modest but valued portion of the manuscript.
