Major supermarket updates

Asda

Most larger Asda stores will open 7am to 10pm on Good Friday, April 3. Larger outlets will be closed on Easter Sunday. On Easter Monday most larger stores will operate from 8am to 10pm.

All Asda filling stations offer pay-at-pump and will operate across the bank holiday weekend.

Aldi

Aldi branches will typically trade 8am to 9pm on Good Friday and Saturday, April 4. Most stores will open 8am to 8pm on Easter Monday. Shoppers are advised to check local hours online.

The retailer recommends quieter shopping between 8am and 9am, or later in the evening.

Lidl

In England and Wales Lidl will trade as usual on Good Friday. In Scotland stores will open with reduced hours from 9am to 10pm. Saturday trading will follow standard operating hours.

All Lidl shops in England and Wales will be closed on Easter Sunday. Scottish sites will remain open.

M&S

M&S will open all branches on Good Friday. The retailer launches an Easter Dine-In range from Wednesday, April 1 through Sunday, April 5. Most M&S stores will be closed on Easter Sunday.

Convenience shops and Scottish locations will remain open. Typical Easter Monday hours are around 8am to 8pm.

Morrisons

Tesco
