Forecast summary
Clouds will increase today, with isolated light rain in southern regions and mountain areas. Above 1,700 meters, precipitation will fall as sleet and snow, but totals will be very small.
Winds are expected to remain light to moderate. Nationwide daytime highs should range between 10 and 18 degrees Celsius.
In the capital, conditions will be a bit warmer than normal. Expect temporary cloudiness, light to moderate wind, and highs near 15–17 degrees Celsius.
Morning observations
At 07:00, ANM reported generally fair weather across all regions. The highest morning temperature was 9 degrees Celsius at Constanța.
- Fog was present at Drobeta Turnu Severin.
- Cloud cover was noted at Călărași, Cluj-Napoca, Târgu Mureș, Sibiu, Râmnicu Vâlcea, Bistrița, and Pitești.
- Temperatures of 7 degrees Celsius were recorded at Timișoara, Pitești, Sulina, Ploiești, and Buzău.
No rainfall was recorded at the observation time, and skies were mostly clear in many areas. ANM data showed calm conditions with no significant wind intensifications.
