In the heart of a vibrant urban landscape, the Jacques-Chirac Urban Park is set to transform the area into a 10-hectare paradise by September 2027. This ambitious project, located on the historic Pichon plant nursery site, will stretch over 1.5 kilometers, linking the park to the Bois des Noyers beyond the Boulevard Allende.

The Jacques-Chirac Urban Park aims to provide a lush green space that enhances the city’s biodiversity and offers recreational facilities for residents and visitors. Although construction began in November, significant planning has been underway since 2004.

Access points to the park will be established via Rue Quatreffages and near the Marguerite-Long school. The park’s design promises three kilometers of soft pathways, perfect for leisurely walks.
