Doran later wrote on Facebook that she felt "lucky to have survived" the crash and claimed McMahon struck her vehicle at 80 to 90 mph. McMahon was charged with reckless driving and following too closely. In October, a judge allowed him to enter a pretrial program requiring a $1, 000 charitable contribution and compliance with licensing and insurance rules; if completed, the charges will be dismissed after one year.
