Braden Rumfelt, a 22-year-old substitute teacher from Murphy, North Carolina, has embarked on a new journey following significant challenges. Braden faced severe knee pain during high school, leading to the discovery of a congenital issue that misaligned his legs. He underwent two lower leg realignment surgeries, which dashed his aspirations of becoming a professional athlete. “It was tough seeing everybody be able to get to do what I wanted to do,” he recounted before his audition.
