University of Florida Launches Search for College of the Arts Dean
The University of Florida is initiating a nationwide search for the new Dean of its College of the Arts (COTA). This announcement was made on a Friday by Joe Glover, the Interim Provost and Executive Vice-President of the university.
Leadership in the Search Process
Leading the search committee is Hub Brown, the current Dean of the College of Journalism and Communications. He will collaborate with the search firm Isaacson Miller to identify suitable candidates for the deanship.

At present, Jennifer Setlow holds the role of interim dean of COTA. She assumed this role after Onye P. Ozuzu stepped down in 2024.
