Grant Udinski is not the only candidate under consideration. The list now includes:
- Lou Anarumo – Defensive Coordinator, Indianapolis Colts
- Joe Brady – Offensive Coordinator, Buffalo Bills
- Brian Daboll – Former Head Coach, New York Giants
- Anthony Lynn – Running Backs Coach/Run Game Coordinator, Washington Commanders

Grant Udinski’s Coaching Background
Grant Udinski’s coaching career includes significant roles. He spent three years as an assistant for the Minnesota Vikings. Following that, he joined the coaching staff of Liam Coen in Jacksonville for the 2025 season. Additionally, Udinski has two years of experience as a coaching assistant with the Carolina Panthers.
Interestingly, Udinski is also scheduled to have a second interview with the Cleveland Browns this week. So far, they are the only other team that has expressed interest in him this hiring cycle.
