Police Launch Manhunt for Armed Oxford Man, Issue Warning to Public

Thames Valley Police have launched a search for a 32-year-old Oxford man. Officers say he allegedly threatened to kill an acquaintance with a knife on Friday, March 27.

The police have launched a manhunt for an armed Oxford man and issued a warning to the public. The wanted man has been named as Jake Parsons, aged 32, from Oxford.

Investigation details

Police released a photograph as part of a public appeal. The victim was not physically harmed during the incident.

Parsons is described as about 5ft 8ins tall and of medium build. He has black hair and facial hair.

Officers say he is known to visit Oxford, Didcot, Reading and Bristol. Thames Valley Police continue to follow several lines of enquiry.
