Dominic Fike, the actor known for Euphoria, has revealed he is the father of a son named Rocket. The child is nearly two years old. Fike discussed fatherhood in recent interviews.

Fike told Filmogaz.com that becoming a parent has altered his priorities. He said fatherhood motivates him to be more stable and sober.
He described wanting to write music for his child’s generation. He also mentioned plans to secure property and stay close to friends so his son has companions growing up.

Acting on Euphoria and struggles with substance use
Fike made his first major acting appearance on Euphoria in season two. He played Elliot, a character who struggles with substance abuse.
He told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe that the role required confronting his own history with drugs. Sam Levinson, the show’s writer and director, arranged a sober coach during filming.
Fike said the support did not always work. He acknowledged he was still dealing with significant substance problems during parts of the shoot.
