Washington had a few days to reset after an 8-1 loss at Madison Square Garden. The Caps won the first two meetings this season, 4-2 and 4-0.
Toronto returns home after a 1-1-2 road trip. The Leafs’ lone win on that trip came in a revenge spot against the Ducks.
Oilers-Sharks — OVER 6.5 (-115)
These teams have produced plenty of goals in past meetings. Edmonton and San Jose combined for 17 goals across two games.
The Sharks prevailed 5-4 in February, while the Oilers claimed a 5-3 victory last month. Edmonton plays the second half of a back-to-back tonight after a 6-5 overtime loss in Utah.
The Oilers have surrendered 11 goals in their last two games. Both clubs are capable of posting three or four goals in San Jose.
