Close Scrutiny: AI and event stability
The Close Scrutiny condition received multiple AI and event corrections. These changes improve Assessor behavior and platform interactions.
- Tweaked movement speeds for Rocketeers and Vaporizers to stop odd idle behavior.
- Fixed reconnect issues that hid Assessor platforms for returning players.
- Stopped Vaporizers from getting stuck near an Assessor.
- Ensured Assessors can return to orbit reliably.
- Prevented breach platforms from breaking when Breach & Search prompts were spammed.
- Made ARC summoned by the Assessor despawn if idle for long periods.
- Corrected Assessor ping locations on the map screen.
- Fixed players getting stuck when jumping between Assessor platforms.
- Resolved a landing conflict where an Assessor and a Probe could occupy the same spot in Buried City.
UI, visual and crash fixes
Several interface and visual stability issues were addressed. Embark Studios continues to investigate remaining crash cases.
- Corrected weapon upgrade UI showing wrong upgrade tiers.
- Fixed occurrences of fully transparent helmet visors.
- Patched visual effects that could lead to crashes in some instances.
Vanguard cosmetic set and pricing
