Kevin Bahl status
Bahl delivered a routine check on Thomas Harley and caught an edge on his right leg. He finished the hit but immediately favored his knee.
The 25-year-old leads Flames skaters in average ice time at 22:13 per game. He has appeared in 75 contests and missed just one to date.
Bahl signed a long-term extension in Calgary last June. This season he has a career-high four goals and 18 points.

Michael Rasmussen update
Detroit confirmed forward Michael Rasmussen left the game against Columbus with a lower-body injury. The team said he would not return.
Rasmussen’s night ended after 10 shifts and 7:57 of ice time. He turns 27 in 10 days.
The 6-foot-6 center was the ninth overall selection but has not matched expectations. He has struggled in a grinder role and has 14 points this season.
Rasmussen remains under contract for two more years at $3.2 million per season. Detroit faces a likely playoff miss and could consider roster changes, while hoping he can return for the final four regular season games.
Roadrunners developments
The AHL’s Tucson Roadrunners, affiliates of the Utah Mammoth, extended their lease with the City of Tucson through 2027-28. Next season will mark ten years for the franchise in Arizona.
The club moved to Tucson from Springfield, Massachusetts in 2016. Their neighboring NHL franchise left the state two years ago.
The Roadrunners remain the primary professional hockey organization in Arizona. They still wear the classic former Coyotes color scheme while developing future Mammoth players.
