Duke’s 2026-27 Roster: Transfer Portal Updates, Additions, and Departures
Jon Scheyer and his staff have moved into the offseason after Duke’s loss in the Elite Eight. The Blue Devils fell to 2-seed UConn on March 29 in Washington, D.C., at Capital One Arena.
Transfer portal window
The NCAA transfer portal opens April 7. The entry window runs for two weeks and closes April 21.

Decisions that will shape the roster
Several rotation players face major choices this spring. Their decisions will determine much of Duke’s 2026-27 outlook.

- Caleb Foster — appears more likely to return, but uncertain.

- Cameron Boozer — consensus top-three draft prospect and expected to turn pro.
Additions and departures
As of the latest update, Duke has not announced any official additions. There also are no confirmed departures.

- Cameron Williams — five-star, No. 2 overall. He appeared in the McDonald’s All-American Boys Game in Glendale on March 31.
- Deron Rippey Jr. — five-star, rated the top point guard nationally.
- Bryson Howard — five-star, No. 12 overall.
- Maxime Meyer — Canadian four-star seven-footer.
