Chicago’s Obama Presidential Center Announces Ticket Sale Details
The Obama Presidential Center in Chicago is set to open its museum to the public. Ticket sales for Founding Members will begin on April 21, 2026.
General Public Ticket Sales
Following this initial launch, tickets will be available to the general public starting on May 6, 2026. Visitors can book their visit dates from June 19 through November 30, 2026.
Admission Fees
- Adults: $30
- Children (ages 3-11): $23
- Children (age 2 and under): Free
Additionally, Illinois residents can enjoy free admission on Tuesdays with proof of residency. All entries to the museum are subject to timed tickets.

The center’s campus provides various free attractions for the public. This includes:
- Gardens
- Walking trails
- A playground
- Chicago Public Library branch
- 28 newly commissioned artworks
