How to claim prizes
Retailers in North Carolina will redeem prizes up to $599. Prizes above $599 require a claim by mail or at a lottery office.
To claim by mail, send a completed prize claim form, your signed ticket, a photocopy of photo ID, and a copy of your Social Security card. Mail to: North Carolina Education Lottery, P.O. Box 41606, Raleigh, NC 27629.
Claims under $600 do not require copies of photo ID or a Social Security card. For in-person claims, sign the back of the ticket first.
