Pluto TV Showcases Horror Classics X-Files and Friday the 13th in April
Pluto TV is launching an April horror programming block called April Ghouls. The free lineup gathers films and series across multiple curated channels.
The streamer runs 13 channels dedicated to horror, thrillers and suspense. Viewership for these genres rose 64% year over year on the platform. Most viewers are women between 18 and 24.

TV series lineup
Several TV series will also run on genre channels. The offerings include The X-Files, Ghost Whisperer, Charmed, The Twilight Zone, Twin Peaks and Dark Shadows.
The X-Files
All 11 seasons of The X-Files stream in full on the X-Files channel. The channel schedules episodes across the day for continuous viewing.
Pluto TV’s Watch from Start feature lets viewers begin movies already in progress. The tool helps people discover forgotten titles and cult favorites.
The service also includes Dead Universe and entries from the Walking Dead Universe. All content streams free with advertising support on Pluto TV.
Last year’s Halloween collection performed well, prompting this spring expansion. Pluto TV hopes the seasonal push will broaden engagement among younger viewers.
