NORMAN — Kendall Wells set a Southeastern Conference single-season home run mark on Tuesday, March 31. The freshman launched her 27th homer in just her 37th collegiate game.

Oklahoma used an early surge to take control. The Sooners scored four runs in the bottom of the first inning.

Kasidi Pickering delivered a two-run double. Ailana Agbayani followed with an RBI single to extend the lead.

Wichita State answered in the third. Ausha Moore hit a solo home run, her 11th of the year.
