COS Unveils Spring Collection in Seoul—Top Items Predicted to Sell Fast

COS staged its spring/summer 2026 runway at a repurposed bathhouse on Seoul’s outskirts. The London-based label revealed a 40-look collection called Cinematic Beauty.

Runway and Guests

Stars from the brand’s campaign sat front row. Alexander Skarsgård and Gyuyoung Park joined Emma Roberts and Korean performers.

Thai singer Mile Phakphum Romsaithong and Sohyun Kim were also present. Model Ella Gross attended as well.

Creative Direction and Inspirations

Design director Karin Gustafsson cited the film American Gigolo as a primary influence. The team revisited its tailored, effortless silhouettes.

She also drew on ’90s minimalism and music from that era. The result pairs clean lines with volume and ease.

Silhouettes and Materials

The palette favored neutrals: cream, black, white, and gray. Occasional blues and burgundy provided subtle contrast.

Fabrics ranged from pressed silk to purposely wrinkled silk. Sheer knits, crinkled leather, and slinky finishes appeared throughout.

See-Now Pieces and Shop Alerts

The collection was available to buy immediately on COS’s site. Attendees and shoppers saw low-stock warnings almost instantly.

Retailers flagged several top items predicted to sell fast. Shoppers targeted textured-leather skirts and pleated, textured-leather midi skirts.

  • Textured-leather skirt
  • Pleated textured-leather midi skirt
  • Round wire-frame sunglasses
  • Mini cylinder clutch bag
  • Sheer lace-knit tank top
  • Exaggerated mock-neck top
  • Burgundy leather skirt-and-top set

Why Seoul

Gustafsson praised Seoul’s effortless street styling as a match for the collection’s mood. The city informed both look and presentation.

The brand hosted a multi-floor showroom in Yongsan District for visiting buyers. The area sits near several high-end boutiques and cafés.

Market Context

South Korea remains one of COS’s strongest markets. Garments from the show were already visible on local shoppers.

After the show, guests moved to an after-party and dinner. Many left still browsing the available pieces online.
