Explore SI Swimsuit 2026: Meet the Models Photographed in Loreto, Mexico
In December 2025, the SI Swimsuit team traveled to Loreto, Baja California Sur, Mexico, to photograph nine women for the 2026 issue. Photographer James Macari led the shoot, with Alaska Airlines supporting travel logistics. Kérastase served as the official haircare partner for the production.

Loreto as a setting
Loreto sits on Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula. The region offers boating, surfing and diving among rich marine wildlife.
The town’s pristine landscapes and relaxed coastal vibe provided a calm backdrop. Photographs from the shoot emphasized the area’s biodiversity and untouched scenery.
Meet the models photographed in Loreto
Haley Baylee
Haley Baylee returned to the franchise after last appearing in 2021. She co-won the brand’s 2018 casting call and has shot in Belize, Kenya, the British Virgin Islands and Hollywood, Florida.
Baylee is a content creator with more than 32 million followers. She earned Forbes Top Creator honors in 2024 and 2025, and appeared on Maxim’s Top 100 list in 2024.
Lauren Chan
Lauren Chan made her SI Swimsuit debut in 2023 and has appeared in each issue since. She covered the 2025 magazine after shoots in Mexico and Bermuda.
Chan launched the clothing label Henning in 2019. The brand was acquired by Universal Standard in 2023. She is also a former fashion editor and an advocate for AAPI and LGBTQ+ causes.
Jocelyn Corona
Jocelyn Corona makes her brand debut in the 2026 issue. She began modeling at 16 in Mexico City and has worked with major fashion houses and beauty brands.
Corona promotes body positivity and represents Latina and Mexican communities. She plans to explore acting in the near future.
Olivia Dunne
Olivia Dunne returned for her fourth consecutive SI Swimsuit feature. She first appeared as an athlete in 2023 and later earned the 2025 cover.
The former gymnast is a content creator and actress. She will make her scripted television debut in a Fox reboot of Baywatch later this year.
Bethenny Frankel
Bethenny Frankel appears in the magazine for the first time as a rookie feature. She walked during Swim Week last May at the W South Beach runway.
Frankel is an entrepreneur, podcast host and author with about 9.6 million followers. She has been named among Forbes’ Top 100 Most Powerful Celebrities.
Ilona Maher
Ilona Maher returns for her third consecutive SI Swimsuit shoot. The Vermont native is a two-time Olympian and Team USA rugby sevens bronze medalist.
Maher has earned spots on lists including TIME100 Creators and Forbes 30 Under 30. She also appeared on Dancing With the Stars.
Hunter McGrady
Hunter McGrady marked her eighth year with the franchise. She first joined after the 2017 model search and later attained brand-legend status in 2024.
McGrady cohosts The Model Citizen Podcast and designs an inclusive fashion line for Sam’s Club. She continues to advocate for body acceptance and representation.
Brooks Nader
Brooks Nader, a Swim Search winner from 2019, has been a regular in the magazine. She earned a cover in 2023 and became an icon of the brand in 2024.
Nader has partnered with major companies and appears on the Hulu series Love Thy Nader. She will make her acting debut in the Baywatch reboot later this year.
Molly Sims
Molly Sims returned for her eighth SI Swimsuit feature. The model and entrepreneur was a mainstay of the magazine in the early 2000s.
Sims founded YSE Beauty and is a New York Times best-selling author. Her skincare brand launched in 2023 and later entered an exclusive partnership with Sephora.
