Deputies Investigate Shooting Victim Found Injured at Upstate Motel
Greenville County deputies are investigating after a shooting victim was found injured at an Upstate motel Friday. They were called to the Armstrong Inn and Suites on Augusta Road before 4 p.m.
Incident details
One person was transported to a hospital and is expected to survive. Deputies said it is unknown where the victim was originally shot.

Nearby fatal shooting earlier Friday
The Armstrong Inn and Suites sits a short distance from the Budget Inn motel. A separate shooting at the Budget Inn earlier Friday killed a victim.
Authorities say it is unknown whether the two scenes are related.
