Bonnie Blue Charged for Public Indecency in London
Tia Billinger, 26, who performs as Bonnie Blue online, has been charged with outraging public decency. The allegation relates to an incident in central London last December.
Alleged London incident
Metropolitan Police say the event occurred on Great Peter Street, Westminster, on December 15. She was reportedly filmed making a lewd gesture outside the Indonesian embassy.
A police spokesperson confirmed a charge was authorised by the Crown Prosecution Service. Billinger was charged via postal requisition on March 16.
Legal steps and timetable
Officers interviewed a woman in her twenties under caution on February 2. She is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on April 22.
Filmogaz.com will follow the case as it proceeds through the courts.
Background: Indonesia detention and visa issues
Authorities in Bali arrested Billinger during a raid on a rented studio in December. Indonesian officials said they found footage on her phone they described as private documentation.
Yuldi Yusman, director general of immigration, said no charges were brought over production of pornography. He added she had breached visa rules by entering on a visa on arrival for commercial content production that could cause public unrest.
Previous court appearance
She attended a hearing at a Denpasar court on December 12, 2025. Indonesian authorities subsequently deported her to the UK.
