hassie harrison is the latest series regular to join the Baywatch reboot on Fox and Fremantle, cast as Nat — a former foster kid turned Olympic athlete and the right hand to Hobie Buchannon. Hassie Harrison to play Nat, an Olympic lifeguard
Nat is described as brilliant, driven and fiercely loyal, the gold standard when it comes to lifeguarding; she holds everyone to the same high standards she has for herself, which can complicate relationships on and off the beach. The character is written as Hobie Buchannon’s closest friend and right hand; Hobie will be played by Stephen Amell in the new series.
New cast additions and where filming will take place
The cast also includes Thaddeus LaGrone in the series regular role of Brad, who served two tours in an elite division of the Marines and is characterized as a "one-man rescue machine, " and Jessica Belkin as Charlie Vale, Hobie’s biological daughter intent on becoming a Baywatch lifeguard. David Chokachi will reprise his original-series role of Cody Madison and will appear in the revival as well. Production is set to begin this spring with filming on Venice Beach and at the FOX Studio Lot in Century City, and the reboot was picked up with a 12-episode order for the 2026–2027 broadcast season.
