- Third-Place Match: September 6

Host Venues in Mexico
Matches will be played at distinguished venues across Mexico:
- Toluca FC: Two matches at Estadio Nemesio Díez
- Tigres UANL: One match at Estadio Universitario
- Club América: One match at Estadio Azteca
Phase One games will also occur across MLS venues, following the structure of past tournaments.
Knockout Stage and Match Rules
The knockout stage will feature teams advancing based on their performance in the initial phase. The top four teams from each league will progress to the quarterfinals. The tournament implements a “No Ties” format:
- 1 point for a regulation tie
- 2 points for a penalty shootout win
- 3 points for a regulation win
In cases of a tie after regulation time during knockout rounds, a penalty shootout will determine the winner.
Leagues Cup Rankings
Team rankings are determined based on their performance in their respective leagues:

- LIGA MX clubs: Cumulative performance from the Apertura and Clausura 2025
Clubs are divided into Eastern and Western regions, each containing three tiers based on their rankings.
